Create a card template and then print out

The client was looking to create a card template that employees can log in and edit details of the product and then print out. Probably 4 cards per 8x11 sheet. They needed the template to pull in the brand logo automatically when they search for a brand. Some items would be dropdowns and some text edits that they can put in info. May later develop an API lookup to find this info in our POS system

Our Solution

We have created private HTML pages for store employees to create price cards. These price cards have been in different sizes and Employees can fill the data like title, price to generate labels. We have given the option for picking the logo and the color in the dropdown. These labels can be printed on A4 size paper.

Stages of our work

• Added dropdown for cup winning image.

• Updated logo dropdown for logo names from the drive.

• Added subfolder and images on the drive and one new function to fetch it.

• Changed all dropdowns to text boxes.

• Updated/added CSS for page design.

• Layout & margins fixing while taking prints

• Created a private HTML page for store employees to create price cards,

• Hid blank text boxes while printing even without clicking into it.

• Enabled option to choose page layout/orientation for printing single card

• Made card alignment to the center of a page
