Automate task flow

The client reached out to us to manage the CRON tasks and scripts using Visual Cron. VisualCron is an automation, integration, and task scheduling tool for Windows. The client wanted to automate certain order processing tasks using it.

Project Requirements

The project needed Dialog Flow for automation. Dialog Flow is a natural language understanding platform that makes it easy to design and integrate a conversational user interface into a mobile app, web applications, devices, bots, interactive voice response systems, and so on. Using Dialog Flow, anyone can provide new and engaging ways for users to interact with the clients’ products.

Dialog Flow can analyze multiple types of input from your customers, including text or audio inputs (like from a phone or voice recording). It can also respond to your customers in a couple of ways, either through text or with synthetic speech.

How we solved the issue

We built the scripts, tested them, and deployed them on a windows instance on AWS EC2.
